My 4 hour meeting has just begun. For your time.

Ugh, I have two of those a week and it can be quite a slog.
Here’s one:
What is your favorite car beginning with each letter? You may have to skip some but it's an interesting thing to try.

I have three over the next three days. All on one topic. Normally this would have been a week long meeting so I guess it’s a bit better.
Aline 110, Bronco, Cobra, Delorean , Elise, Fairlane, Galaxie 500, Hellcat, ....I’m stuck.

Good luck and godspeed sir.
If you couldn’t buy any cars over $20,000 but you had an unlimited repair budget what would you buy?

You have my sympathies. I can’t remember anything productive or useful ever happening after about 45 minutes into a meeting.

Any burned out hulk of a Ferrari or Lambor ghini. S2000. C6 ZRI that has been wrecked. BMW 850 that has been wrecked. An old Triump or MG.

Some of these are productive. We are working on a project that will have a construction budget in excess of 50 million. We are just trying to flush out all possibilities before we commit.

That’s a big oof. Better than a week long meeting but it’s harder to concentrate online.
How about numbers. How high can you go?
BMW 1 series, 2CV, BMW 3 series, Renault 4, wow, this is harder than I thought.

Ah yes, the Lassiter V16 Appolyon.
![]() 10/21/2020 at 10:47 |

It is pretty.

Are you guys developing a project charter? Here’s a drinking game....take a sip of coffee every time someone says “stakeholder”
![]() 10/21/2020 at 11:02 |
|
No charter. Exploring possibilities. It’s a big brainstorming session for today. No bad idea kinda thing.
I always suggest helicopters. Helicopters can solve all problems in my mind in these environments.

You should preface your comments with “We need to take this to the next level” even if it’s something mundane like fastener supplier.

I like it. We should take this to the next level and not design for a 10,000 year event but a 100,000 year event! 5G+ of acceleration on a static structure !

That’s gonna need another pot.
![]() 10/21/2020 at 11:41 |

Zoom meeting? I can get a lot of work done during those while I pretend to listen.
![]() 10/21/2020 at 11:44 |

We need to take it to the next level. I’ve developed my own certification above LEED Platinum where we have, like, body heat from a homeless squat running the district energy plant

Hence the AMA

Don’t wank off

Now you tell me!

Has anyone talked about “developing a DevSecOps mindset?”
It’s a real thing that actually creates real value and is often used by people to sound smarter than they are.

Bust out those synergies and dynamics!
![]() 10/21/2020 at 12:31 |

Thankfully no.
